Only in a couple day after I wrote this, I found the better solution to reveal or show hidden files and folders caused by viruses or worms. Thanks’ to brother Ebta. Hidden File Tool 2.0 is a free and reliable software tool to look for hidden files and folders. This program has small size (about 40KB) and only single files, so it does not need installation alias Portable Application. It supports Windows 9x, 2000, XP, Vista and Windows 7. Hidden File Tool 2.0 is much improved and enhanced features from its previous version, including the ability to display a folder (version 1.0 only has capability to show the files).

Hidden File Tool 2.0 offered this features:

• Finding files and folders not only in Hidden attributes,  but also for System, Archive, Read Only attributes
• Searching is very fast, version 2.0 equipped with threading, so the search process is not disrupted and stopped.
• Finding files with specific extensions and include a choice of types of files that are often accessed or may be dangerous.
• Easily change and set file attributes: Hidden, System, Read Only and Archive
• Custom directory search and custom filter. You can search all files ( default with *;*.* ) or specific file types, for example : *.exe;*.dll;*.pif
• Deleting a file from the displayed list
• Featured in different colors to certain files (folders have yellow background color)

Comparing to the previous version, Hidden File Tool 2.0 get important improvements, such as the ability to show hidden folders that certainly is very important, because the data are usually hidden viruses including folder. Change and set files or folders attributes is so easy. To remove Hidden, System, Read Only or Archive attributes, you just uncheck on the Attributes menu box, and then click APPLY. To set another attributes, you just check on the Set Attributes menu box, and then click APPLY. You can select more files and folders using key combination Shift+Click or Ctrl+Click).
